"Decent food, but the menu gets repetitive"
I do pop into leon now and then because the food is usually decent and it’s quick when you’re in a rush. That said, after a few visits the menu starts to feel limited, especially if you’re not in the mood for the usual bowls or wraps. I’d really like to see a few more veggie options or just something a bit different. It’s not bad at all, just a bit samey. Also, I’m never fully confident asking customer service about menu details or swaps, so clearer options would help

"I do like the idea of Leon..."
I do like the idea of Leon, and the food was fine enough, but the prices caught me off guard. I paid what felt like a lot for a small meal and still left feeling like I could’ve eaten more.
For what you actually get, it just doesn’t feel that fair anymore. I know prices have gone up everywhere, and I get that, but this just felt... I don’t know. A bit over the top. I won’t be in a hurry to go back

I was kind of disappointed. I paid way too much for a small portion, and the taste was just okay, nothing that made me think it was worth the price. I kept thinking, why does this have to be so complicated when I could probably get better food for less somewhere else? I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Staff just didn’t make it feel welcoming"
I popped in thinking it would be a quick easy lunch but the whole vibe felt awkward from the start, the staff didn’t smile, barely looked at me, and when I asked a basic question it felt like I was bothering them even though I was just trying to order.
The food itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the attitude kind of ruined it for me and maybe they were just having an off day or something but as a customer it didn’t feel great, so I probably wouldn’t be rushing back anytime soon.

"Bad First Impression and Inconsistent Branches"
My first visit didn’t leave a good impression at all. The food and service seem to change way too much from one branch to another, so you never really know what you’re going to get. One location might be okay, but another can feel like a completely different place.

"Ordering through the site was a mess"
i tried ordering from leon.co for lunch and the whole thing was just frustrating. my basket disappeared at one point, then the payment seemed like it had gone through, but i never got a proper confirmation email.
i ended up having to chase it up because i genuinely couldn’t tell if my food was coming or not. it made a simple lunch order way more stressful than it needed to be, so i don’t think i’d use the website again.

"Allergen info could be clearer"
I got some help from the staff, which was nice, but the labels were still kind of confusing. You end up double-checking everything because the allergen info isn’t as clear as it should be...

The food was good as usual, so no complaints there. The queue, though, was kind of a mess. A few people who ordered after me somehow got their food first, which was a fun little surprise. The staff seemed stressed, so I get that it was busy, but maybe having some sort of actual system would help. Not the worst experience, just not exactly smooth.

"They’ve Basically Given Up on Vegan Options"
I’m annoyed. The vegan options were barely there, and the few choices they did have were boring and felt like an afterthought. It really seems like they just don’t care about vegan customers anymore...

I don’t like complaining, but the food just didn’t seem right today. The salad was limp, and the chicken didn’t taste fresh. For what customers are paying, it feels fair to expect food that’s at least fresh and handled with a bit of care.

"Food showed up almost cold"
I ordered from leon.co and by the time the food arrived it was basically cold. The fries had gone soggy and the wrap wasn’t warm at all, which is frustrating when you’ve already paid delivery fees. I did reach out and support were polite enough, kind of saying “sorry it didn’t arrive as expected” and that they’d “pass the feedback on,” but that didn’t really make the meal any better. it just felt a bit disappointing

"Not the same as it used to be"
I used to like coming here, but it just doesn’t have the same feel anymore. The place was really noisy and cramped, the tables looked messy, and the whole vibe felt kind of uncomfortable. i just wanted to finish up and leave quickly

"Looked fine, tasted really bland"
I tried leon for lunch and wasn’t impressed. The box looked decent when I opened it, but the rice was really dry, even those little corners where it clumps together were hard and a bit chewy. The chicken barely had any flavour, and the sauce had this odd sour taste that kind of lingered. Nothing tasted especially fresh to me, which was disappointing because it wasn’t exactly cheap. I kept thinking maybe the next bite would be better, but it just stayed bland. Don’t think I’d order it again.

By the end of the visit, I just wanted to get out of there. The place didn’t feel clean at all, the tables were sticky, and the floor looked gross. It made it hard to enjoy anything while sitting there...

My order showed up with the wrong items, and a couple things were missing too. Super frustrating because it’s not what I paid for, and trying to get it fixed was even worse since there was basically no human to talk to. Just automated replies and no real help. I’m definitely not ordering again anytime soon

"Loyalty points never showed up"
I signed up expecting the loyalty points to actually appear, but they never did. It’s frustrating because this feels like such an avoidable issue. If rewards are advertised, they should be easy to track and actually show up when they’re supposed to

"Nice healthy options, but it’s a bit hit or miss"
I do like that they has healthier choices, which is great when I don’t feel like cooking. Some of the meals are good, but a few tastes kind of bland, and the portions can feel a little small for what you pay.

"Waited forever, or at least it felt like it"
The service was really slow. I lost track of how long I was waiting, felt like 20 minutes, then somehow it seemed closer to an hour. Either way, it took way too long and was frustrating

"Really disappointing order from Leon"
Ordered from Leon it was such a letdown. The fries were cold, the wrap was soggy, and there was barely any flavour. Bland. Sad. It genuinely tasted like it had been sitting around for ages. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering again.
